At Ecomuz, we want your new furniture to arrive safely and to feel right in your home. This policy explains how we ship your order and what to do if something is not quite what you expected.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order and upholstered pieces may take longer to prepare, and the estimated timeframe is always shown on the product page before you check out.

Delivery Options

We offer several delivery methods so you can choose what works best for your space.

  • Standard doorstep delivery on smaller items

  • Room-of-choice delivery for larger furniture

  • White-glove service with assembly and packaging removal

  • Tracking details sent by email once your order ships

Returns & Exchanges

If you change your mind, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your furniture on arrival. If anything is damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
